Here at the Hewitt Fertility Centre, we believe that giving our patients a greater understanding of what we do here at the centre is invaluable in helping them deal with the sometimes stressful world of fertility issues and treatment. Additionally, if you’re one of the thousands of people who are diagnosed with fertility issues every year and are looking into treatment options, we hope that the information we provide can help you make a decision on what treatments are best suited to your situation and where might be best to have those treatments administered.

Alongside blogs, videos and external events, we’ve put together a series of podcasts, aimed at tackling a number of issues surrounding fertility treatment: What is IVF and how does it work, what should you be considering when looking forward to treatment and what goes on behind the scenes in a fertility clinic etc.

This edition of the podcast focuses on Sperm donation. Donors are greatly needed in the UK so that fertility clinics can continue their work of helping people unable to conceive a child naturally to overcome their problems and achieve their dreams. We hope that the information laid out in this podcast not only informs you on what being a donor entails, but also may encourage you to donate or recommend donating to a friend or family member.
